Week 94 1st Week in Hallam

August 27, 2019

First week in Hallam was great! We had an Elders Quorum activity and we played billards.  After we went to KFC and we ordered 5 Feast meals and we pounded the chicken!  We had a huge and delicious meal at the Aiono's ...so much food! I went to the gym twice in one day and then the same day played a full game of soccer!

Week 93 HELLO ALL!

August 21st, 2019

HELLO ALL.
Sorry I absolutely suck at emails lately!!! It's been more of the same!

Still have been doing a bit of service for members as well as investigators! All of which I love! We finished up the brick retaining wall after we tore down the first try then laid a concrete foundation! Its been pretty cold lately which has been nice. We went to footy training with Micheal Baker with the Cohuna kangas!  They're a semi pro team. I jammed my finger AGAIN lol!

Also Rob and Lee-Ann are SO KEEN. We finished up all of our lessons with them! They will be baptized on Sept the 1st! They are so excited and they asked me to baptize Lee-Ann! I have never been praised so much by anyone as by these 2. I love them as much too!

Also...after 21 months serving in the country Bush area... I got transferred to the suburbs!! It's called hallam. It's also a polynesian ward, TALOFA TOKO. I'm pumped. My companion is Elder Steven's from Vanuatu! Also we dont have a car so the bus is our friend. But the zone is really awesome I'm excited! Less then 3 MONTHS TO GO. I love you all!! Also ain't sorry for the geat back home ðŸ˜˜

Week 89 Building Retaining Wall & Digging Trenches

July 23rd, 2019

Ahh g'day mates I'm so sorry I've been sucking on the emails the past 2 weeks!!  I'm alive!

Not much more has happened! We had our Zone conference with our new president. Hes really nice and adjusting well. I'm with Warren in Bendigo for another transfer! We have been doing heaps of service. From building a retaining wall, digging trenches by hand, and walking dogs. It's been great.

We also got an amazing referral!! Leanne and Rob self referred themselves and they have been to church once! They are super keen and wwe are excited for them. We have been really focusing on our lead active members to bring them closer to Christ. This is the only way they can find true and lasting happiness, as for all of us. I have less than 4 months left!!!! LETS GO. I love you all, thanks for your amazing support, I love Christ, and Australia.

Week 86 New President!

July 2, 2019

G'day mates!
Heres a quick update!

President Vidmar left! So sad but we met President Houghton and he seems great!

We did heaps of service this week! Including: Sheetrocking, gardening, and farm work! Good stuff!

We got in a car accident!! All is well wasn't too bad. My companion was driving and we got t-boned (on the passenger side) by a guy who ran a red light! Pretty blessed to make it ok! It's cold down here and I've also been a little sick all week so that's fun!

That's about it, I love this Gospel, the Book of Mormon, and my family. They all bring true happiness. Love yall

Week 85 Split 'Em

June 25, 2019

What up!? What a great week down under.

Wednesday was pday!! We were down in the city, so we explored there a little bit, not my place but it was interesting. Thursday I had exchanges and I went with elder tupai! Hes from USA but he's Samoan. We went to get lunch at a mall and ran into a member and they bought us lunch! Then since we felt like we had money, we went to this diner type place to get desert and you guessed it, a member paid for us. MUCH BLESSINGS.

Friday we had our good ol district council meeting. Then we met up with this is referral. He wanted a BOM. Hes from Burma. He was really nice and I hope he progresses.
Saturday we did service. Pulled weeads, split a lot of wood, and dug a trench by hand, it was really fun. same with Monday we did service basically all day.

Well that's about it, the work is great here! I have close to 4 months left !!! Love yall!!!!
