Well this week was GREAT. so many miracles. Hopefully I remember them all.
Last pday we went to Echucas tourist place with a less active family! It was so cool and learned lots of history. The family is slowly opening up and progressing I think so I'm happy with that.
Thursday we tried following up with some people but ended up doing service for a less active family, the Anthony's. Sister Anthony said she is for sure coming to church next week! Woo!
Friday we also did serive at a less actives, mitch. it was well over 100 degrees. We pulled out a garden bed, well 2 of em and then weeded a garden bed. It pretty much gassed us. Lots of flies too so we had to wear fly nets. Good times tho no doubt.
Saturday was the best!!! We went to go see the media referral from the sisters in Utah! They're in swan hill and hour ams 45 minutes so we traveled up there. It was like 112 that day so luckily not much walking. Anyway so we get into their house and TEN adults are sitting there waiting to be taught! It was insane they were all attentively listening and asking questions. Their son about my wife died less than 2 months ago and they are super super shocked and sad. We taught them the plan of salvation and they were pretty comforted. They're are so humble. They just said to come back in a but I tried saying we can come once a week at least but we'll see!!! Excited for them.
Sunday was another great one with echcys branch. At dinner that night at the Ludbeys for desert we had a pavlova cake with is pretty much like a pie. They all got a piece but then put the cake in front of me and smashed my whole face in it !
same thing they did for my birthday but this time was cause I'm probably leaving next week.
Monday after district council we went to Wang for exchanges. I went with out district leader Elder Stewart! He's from Canada and is the man! Such a cool guy. Then we came back Tuesday night and played basketball with the young men.
This week everyday is supposed to be over 100 with 2 days over 112. YAYYYYY. IT feel like I'm in a furnace fam. Love you all.
Elder Satterthwaite
