Week 4 Aussie Land!

December 5, 2017
Well everyone i survived the flights. it was about a total of 30 hours and i didnt sleep much on the long flight. it was kinda crampped too. but the traveling went decently well considering. President Vidmar and his wife picked us up and it was about 100 degrees outside which is rare apparently. Then we waited like an hour for a bus which we took into the city where we ate lunch at a branch chapel. Then right after we went street contacting. seriously right when we get there and no sleep but it was good, the city is crazy. Then we went to the mission home where i fell asleep in my clothes i was so tired.
Then thursday i got my area and trainer! im in the albury area and my comp is Elder Morgan from South Carolina. Hes a really good trainer. Albury is way up north and is "the bush". So i was happy about that. Its about a 4 hour drive up there. Its the largest zone in the mission. The drive was super pretty theres a ton of farms with cattle and sheep. Our "flat" is pretty nice.
Friday not much happened we helped a member set up her Christmas tree and stuff and they fed us. Theyre super nice people.
Saturday we helped a memer move out of there house and clean their house. They took us to lunch so that was good. Then we went tracting a little bit, but its tough in our area becasue the people are kinda stuck in their ways. But in our branch there are a butt load of less actives so most of out time is spent visiting them. We also visited one Saturday and they took us to KFC. Let me telll ya people here love kfc and its better here hahah.
Sunday was normal really  just want to our branch and met a ton of people. Let me also tell ya, i have met probably over 150 people with the mtc, missionaries, and just random people in my mission and explaining how to say my last name never gets easier although im getting very good at it.
Monday we set up some Christmas lights for a member. Shes kinda crazy about here lights so it was fun. The we drove two hours to district meeting in Sheparton. Stayed the night at the ZL's, and got up and drove 2 more hours to zone conference, which was long but good. The we drove 4 hours back home late last night.
Well thanks everyone for the support! Remember to keep Christ in your life! G'DAY!
